Due to high demand, we have added a new ‘open’ course on June 30th and July 1st at the magnificent Land Rover Experience Westcountry in East Devon.
Action Centred Leadership® (ACL®) is a practical and flexible approach to leadership that helps you lead people, deliver results and build strong teams. It is based on the belief that today’s organisations need people who are effective in their role and who act with integrity, responsibility and purpose.
ACL focuses on leadership as a set of learnable skills rather than a personality trait or job title and rests upon the evidence that all modern organisations – whatever their purposes – need good leaders and leaders for good at all levels.
Course overview
This practical leadership course introduces the Action Centred Leadership framework, helping leaders understand their role.
Through structured sessions, group discussion and ACL activities, learners explore how to translate leadership theory into confident, values-based action.
Particularly suited to Team Leaders and managers, the course develops leadership capability that works in everyday organisational contexts.

Participants will learn
- Individual participants will learn how to apply the ACL model and core leadership actions needed in their own roles.
- Through activities and scenarios, learners will practise balancing task, team and individual needs, as well as giving and receiving feedback, and reflect on their own leadership approaches.
