Our services are provided by our small team of experienced professionals who have held senior management roles in business – and know how it feels.
We do not issue long-term service contracts like most other providers. Our retained clients stay with us because they value our service, not because they have to. Please note that we work on a 28 day rolling contract. We don’t do hard sell, neither do we ‘scaremonger’ to obtain business. If we think you don’t need us, we will tell you!
Trevor is an experienced business leader, having spent 22 years in publishing before founding an HR Consultancy. As well as advising clients on HR, Trevor is an accredited Action Centered Leadership trainer.
Having gained a first class degree in Business Management, Molly joined Trevor in 2016. Molly consults with clients on HR related issues and is always on hand to answer any questions clients have.
From June 1st 2019, the HR and leadership training service of Amarisk Ltd became Perspective HR Ltd – with the same team of Trevor Vanstone, Molly Quin and our legal advisors, whom we have worked with for over a decade.
It will continue to work closely alongside Amarisk Ltd, which will focus on Health & Safety support for a diverse range of clients, led by its Director Richard Hookway, the founder of Amarisk.
With the growth of Amarisk’s business over the last decade, supporting clients with safety and people issues, this move is to better enable each wing of the business to specialise in what are becoming ever more complex fields.
Perspective HR will be enhancing its offering to existing and new clients with:
- A greatly enlarged range of Action Centred Leadership training packages
- The introduction of direct referral to an employment lawyer for trickier issues
- A new service of a web-based HR management system – with support on set up and operation
These elements will complement our very hands-on HR advice and document preparation service. Put simply, its business as usual but with some big improvements.

For that reason the two companies will work closely together to provide tailored advice to each client.”
