Perspective HR has signed a new multi-year deal to deliver leadership training with the best resources from the number one name in the field.

We are proud to be a training partner with Adair Leadership, the company of Professor John Adair – the world’s leading leadership writer and scholar.

John’s company said: “Adair Leadership is delighted to be renewing its long-standing partnership with Perspective HR in the delivery of its Action Centred Leadership ® training courses. This collaboration ensures that Perspective HR’s clients have continued access to the foundational 2-day Action Centred Leadership (ACL®) courses, as well as a wider range of leadership development training based on the work of world-renowned leadership expert, Professor John Adair.”

ACL has been used in many professions over the last five decades and has benefitted from an enormous amount of intellectual rigour and testing in the real world.

Trevor Vanstone of Perspective HR has delivered ACL training for 15 years and is excited about the new arrangement and the resources that Perspective will have at their disposal.

Trevor said: “As a senior manager in publishing I went on a great deal of leadership training and although it was useful it would often tell you ‘who you were’ as opposed to ‘what to do’. ACL on the other hand brings complete clarity to the role of leader at whatever level you are and gives you a set of actions and tools to improve your skills and get the best out of your team and individuals to achieve the objective.

“The new deal means that our clients have access to a vast range of training resources all of them accessible and practical, covering every aspect of this fascinating set of skills.

“I’ve trained over 400 people at various levels of ACL and look forward to doing this for many years into the future – with the best possible resources.”

Perspective can deliver a bespoke ACL course at Team, Operational or Strategic level within your organisation and has an extensive programme of courses running in 2026.

Full details of ACL training are on our brand new web page.
