Perspective HR has expanded their team

Perspective HR has doubled in size with the arrival of two experienced HR advisors.
Jessica Aberdeen and Kirsty Pidsley have joined Perspective and are assisting with direct advice and support to our more than 80 regular clients across England and Wales.
Both bring a wealth of experience to the role, working with Head of Operations, Molly Quin and Director Trevor Vanstone.
The core elements of their job are advising on HR and employment queries and producing employment documents for clients. Both will also be involved in Perspective’s longstanding relationship with Breathe HR, the digital system that saves an enormous amount of time for clients.
Jessica has had a number of people-related roles over the years in the UK and overseas and Kirsty has worked for nearly 2 decades in the care industry, more recently as a manager, dealing with on-boarding and performance and development of staff.
Trevor commented that he is delighted with how the new colleagues have settled in and the energy and ideas they have brought to the business.
This will enable Perspective to develop its offerings to clients which includes the full spectrum of HR and employment services, staff surveys, Breathe HR, and of course, a wide range of training. This is built around Action Centred Leadership, which looks at the role of a leader and the functions they need to perform to enable the task to be done, the team to flourish and to get the best out of each individual.
Trevor has delivered this training for over 15 years and Perspective has trained over 400 leaders and managers during that time. The training is based on the work of world-leading scholar Professor John Adair and Perspective has just signed a new agreement as a training partner with Professor Adair‘s company.
This will see the range of leadership courses expanded, including follow up sessions on communication, planning and prioritising and judgment.
Perspective also works closely with a range of specialist associates who are able to assist with tasks such as investigations, appeals or undertake mediation.
