Our services are provided by our small team of experienced professionals who have held senior management roles in business – and know how it feels.
We do not issue long-term service contracts like most other providers. Our retained clients stay with us because they value our service, not because they have to. Please note that we work on a 28 day rolling contract. We don’t do hard sell, neither do we ‘scaremonger’ to obtain business. If we think you don’t need us, we will tell you!
Trevor VanstoneDirector Trevor is an experienced business leader, having spent 22 years in publishing before founding an HR Consultancy. As well as advising clients on HR, Trevor is an accredited Action Centered Leadership trainer.

Molly QuinOperations Manager Having gained a first class degree in Business Management, Molly joined Trevor in 2016. Molly consults with clients on HR related issues and is always on hand to answer any questions clients have.
