I am delighted to be working in partnership with Perspective HR to offer a range of complementary services.

The services available are based on 35 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across public sector, voluntary, community, social enterprise (VCSE) and private sector organisations. For the past 17 years as CEO of a successful user-led charity and previously within Health and Social Care as a senior leader in the commissioning and transformational change arenas. I am a fully qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and hold a Masters (MA) in Continuing Professional Development (Leadership and Management).

I have experience of developing and mentoring senior leaders within the VCSE and SME sector. My areas of expertise include Trustee and Senior Leadership Away Day facilitation, Organisational Risk Management and Strategic Planning, Equality and Diversity strategic engagement and acting as a ‘critical friend’ for grant funding and tender submissions.

Introductory offer During January 2024 in celebration of our exciting new partnership we are offering five of Perspective HR’s existing clients the opportunity to benefit from a free 45 minute on-line ‘no obligation’ CEO/Director level mentoring session. These sessions provide senior leaders with the opportunity to explore important strategic issues within a safe space with an experienced and qualified mentor.
